You will add a Job Bag at the start of a new project.  As soon as you know what the client's expectations are, then you will have a clear idea of what the client needs, and what the particular project will entail.

In this example, the following project has begun and a Job Bag needs to be created to capture these details:

Audi has asked your agency to handle a Mean Machines campaign for them. They are launching the new 2016 A6 and they would like the agency to make 20 billboards,10000 flyers, and a TV advert. All three elements will require their own Job Bag. In this example, a Job Bag will be created for the 10000 flyers first.  The budget for this campaign is R800,000.00.

Here's a visual demonstration for adding a Job Bag

Below are steps to show you how to add a Job Bag.

Step-by-step guide

  1. From the Home page, click the Add New button.

  2. The Add New dialog appears, click the drop down arrow on the Client field, and select the client for which you want to add a job.

Notice that after a client is selected, the Job field and Job Bag icons are enabled.

If you have a template created, you can select it from the Templates section to apply it to the new Job.

    The Job Bag screen appears.

Notice that a job number has been automatically assigned at the top of the page, and the client appears in the Client field.

  4. Enter all of the Job Bag fields related to your job. For more details on Job fields click here
