Client contacts are people who represent the client, such as Marketing Managers or Product Owners.

Often the client account already exists in the system, but the contact details are not up to date, or they are incomplete.  If the client contact is not on the contact list, you can add the new contact while creating the Job Bag.

Below are steps to show you how to add a client contact to the Job Bag.

Step-by-step guide

  1. With Job that you want to edit open, enter the name of the new contact person in the Contact field.

  2. Click on another field to display the Add a new Contact dialog.

  3. Enter the contact's details and click the Submit button.

    The new contact name will appear on the Contact drop down list for future use.
