The Billings List report displays Tax Invoices, Client Credit notes and Cost Variance statements in list format. This report is used to review billings to the client or view billings exported and compare/balance them to records in the accounting package. This report is mainly used by Finance users.

Billing List report
- To view this report, navigate to Reports and search for the Billing List report.
- Select the report and apply filters.
Report columns explained:

|8||Margin||Margin made on Mark up|
|9||Total Excl.||Total Invoice/Credit Note amount excluding tax|

|11||Total Incl.||Total Invoice/Credit Note amount including tax|
|12||Exported||Date exported to the accounting package|
|13||Paid||Amount paid by Client|
The Billing List by Client is grouped by client name and it consists of the same data as the Billing List report.
