The Auto-Fill Time feature in Chase allows you to view all of the bookings that have been assigned to you by Traffic.  You can then add them as timesheet entries for the date range selected.

Before you can view all the bookings that have been assigned to you, the Allow Auto-Fill On Timesheets For Incoming Booking option must be enabled.  This feature allows you to view a list of all bookings and add them as timesheet entries for the date range selected.  This will also add the Auto-Fill Time button onto the TimeSheets screen.

Below are steps to show you how the Auto-Fill Time feature works.

Step-by-step guide


Ensure that the Allow Auto-Fill On Timesheets For Incoming Booking setup option has been enabled in Chase Config.


  1. With the Timesheets screen open, click the Auto-Fill Time button. 



    The Auto-Fill Time From Chase PA Calendar Bookings dialog appears with a list of bookings.

  2. Click in the checkbox against the bookings you need to log time for. 

  3. Click the Auto-Fill Time button to capture time for the selected bookings.

    Notice that the bookings have been removed from the list and the dialog remains open. 


  4. Click the Close button to close this dialog.

    You will be redirected to the TimeSheets screen. This is where you will notice all bookings listed under your captured tasks.
