A user will have access to functionality in Chase based on a combination of their License Type and User Rights. For more information, click here. As the Chase Administrator, you are able to control who has access to which areas of Chase by managing user rights. When no codes are assigned to a User, they will have access to none of Chase’s functions.

Below are steps to show you how to assign rights to a User.

Step-by-step guide

  1. From the Configuration screen, click the Resources group to expand it and select Users.

  2. The Users screen appears. You can assign the required rights in the User Rights column in one of the following ways:

    1.  Copy the rights (letters) from a User with the same functionality/seniority and paste them into the User Rights column on the relevant user.

    2. Add additional letters to the end of existing set of User Rights on the relevant user.

    3. Select a pre-defined set of rights from the User Rights drop down.

You can also update User Rights by clicking the Advanced Edit button and entering the required rights into the User Rights field on the Edit User dialog.
  3. Click the Save button to save your changes.
