The Job Margin List by Client report allows you to view billings, costs, and margin for active jobs in the system. The purpose of this report is to track the profit made from each client. This report is mostly used by Production and Finance users.

  1. To view this report, navigate to Reports and search for the Job Margin List by Client report.
  2. Select the report and apply filters

8Costs: EstimatedExternal cost on Tax Invoice (expected costs).
9Costs: ActualSum of captured Supplier Costs (Supplier Invoices and Supplier Credit Notes).
10Costs: OutstandingThe difference between Estimated and Actual Costs.
11Costs: To be Inv.The value of PO's that are either not Invoiced or partially Invoiced
12Margins: EstimatedEstimated Margin (Estimated Billing minus Estimated Costs)
