The Job Margin List by Client report allows you to view billings, costs, and margin for active jobs in the system. The purpose of this report is to track the profit made from each client. This report is mostly used by Production and Finance users.

- To view this report, navigate to Reports and search for the Job Margin List by Client report.
- Select the report and apply filters.
Report columns explained:

|4||Status||Status of the Job i.e. the phase the job is in.|
|5||Billings: Estimated||Sum of Cost Estimates for the job.|
|6||Billings: Actual||Sum of all Billings (Invoices and Credit Notes)|
|7||Billings: Outstanding||The difference between Estimated and Actual Billings|
|8||Costs: Estimated||External cost on Tax Invoice (expected costs).|
|9||Costs: Actual||Sum of captured Supplier Costs (Supplier Invoices and Supplier Credit Notes).|
|10||Costs: Outstanding||The difference between Estimated and Actual Costs.|
|11||Costs: To be Inv.||The value of PO's that are either not Invoiced or partially Invoiced|
|12||Margins: Estimated||Estimated Margin (Estimated Billing minus Estimated Costs)|
