By default, you can mark a task as complete only once all time has been captured against the task.

It can be marked as complete from the following screens:

It is possible to change the default setting to complete tasks without requiring time.  Please contact your Chase Support for further assistance in this regard.

Below are steps to show you how to mark tasks as complete from the My Tasks screen.

Complete Tasks from My Tasks


Here's a visual demonstration for marking a task as complete from My Tasks


Ensure that time has been logged against a task by checking the  Actual Hours spent on the task.


  1. Click the Tasks button on the Ribbon.



    The My Tasks screen appears with all tasks allocated to you. 

  2. Click the Complete this Task button against the relevant task.




    The Task will be removed from the My Tasks screen and set as Complete on the Job Bag.


Complete tasks from Timesheets



Here's a visual demonstration for marking a task as complete from the Timesheet screen


  1. Click the TimeSheets button on the Ribbon.



    The Timesheet screen appears with all tasks that you have logged time against. 

  2. Click the Complete this Task button against the relevant task.



  3. A dialog appears, click the Yes button continue.



    The Task will be marked as complete. 
     
  4. Click the Save button.
