You use Outlook to add and maintain bookings.  Any booking created on your email account (Microsoft Outlook) that is sent to a specific Chase user's email will reflect as a booking on their task list. 

Planning in Outlook allows you to share calendars from where you can create and view events.

Any changes in Chase to meetings that are originally created in Outlook, will not reflect in Outlook.  And changes made to a booking in Outlook that was created in Chase, will not be updated in Chase.

The calendar integration also supports Gmail and other calendars, however at least one Office 365 mailbox is required.
