See the summary diagram and breakdown below for an overview of the Inter-Company Request for Quote initiated process.


  1. On the client-side agency create a Job Bag and a Cost Estimate (CE).



  2. From the CE create a Request for Quote



  3. Create a Quote from the Request for Quote

    This will initiate the Inter-Company process as the Job Bag and an Incoming Request for Quote (IRFQ) will be created on the supplier-side.




  4. On the supplier-side agency, an Incoming Request for Quote (IRFQ) will automatically be created. From the IRFQ create a Cost Estimate.




  5. On the client-side agency accept the Quote and create a Purchase Order. Once the Quote is accepted the Cost Estimate status on the supplier-side agency will change to Approved. Please see the image below.

    On the client-side agency, the user will change the status of the Purchase Order and this will automatically create the Client Order on the supplier-side agency with a Final status. Please see the image below.






  6. On the supplier-side agency create a Tax Invoice from the approved Cost Estimate. This will automatically create a Supplier Invoice on the client-side agency. Please see the image below.
