When Chase is first installed, all reports have default access rights assigned. There may be specific reports which are sensitive in nature, and the Chase Administrator may want to restrict access to them.

Below are steps to show you how.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click the Settings button on the Ribbon.

  2. On the Configuration screen, click the Access Rights group to expand it and select Chase 6 Reports.

The Report Access Rights screen appears.  A list of all standard reports available in Chase are displayed.

  3. Click the Can View field against the relevant report name, and select who can view it.

  4. Save changes made to the screen.
