The View Incomplete Timesheets report forces you to complete all outstanding time.

Administrators can setup a timesheet lockout if timesheets have not been completed.  For example, if you are setup to log 8 hours per working day and your captured time falls short of the 8 hours, your time is considered incomplete.

You can view your incomplete timesheets from this report to see the days on which there is outstanding time. This report can also be printed.

Here's a visual demonstration for viewing incomplete timesheet list

Below are steps to show you how to view your incomplete timesheets.

Step-by-step guide

  1. On the Timesheets screen, click the Print drop down and select Incomplete Timesheet List.

    The Incomplete Timesheets report appears.

The report shows all of your hours, including target hours, hours logged and incomplete hours.  You can also see the number of outstanding timesheets you have.

The Total Incomplete Timesheets for 8 days at the bottom of this report are the days that fall after the timesheets cutoff date if one has been set in the Chase configuration. If there is no cutoff date set, this number will display the outstanding number of days from the last 12 months.
