This article is made with the assumption that you are familiar with other earlier articles which illustrate the login and navigational properties of the portal.

In our example below the user has navigated to the documents page and searched for a specific document via the "integration Document ID" .

From the Document List page the user then navigate to the "Suppliers" page without clearing the filter from the previous page.

To illustrate the clear function I had previously searched for a supplier and as with the "Integration Document ID" on the Documents page I left it without clearing. This is why the page will open with the filter applied for that specific vendor.

To clear the filter click on the "X" button as illustrated below, this will refresh the page and show you a list of all suppliers in descending order.

See below supplier list page without filters after having cleared the filter. You can then click the "Refresh" button to see a more recent list of the suppliers in descending order.

The clear search buttons are not exclusive to just the two aforementioned pages but to all list pages that have the capacity to apply a filter on any column and field.

Having cleared the supplier list , If you navigate back to the document list it will display the last document as the filter is  not cleared. Use the "X" button to clear the filter and view the full documents list in descending order.
