As a Finance user, your role is to set up client and supplier accounts. These accounts are created in Nexus as well as in the relevant Financial package, such as Navision, Pastel, or Sage. You are responsible for everything finance related such as client billing, supplier invoices and loading commission/discount deals.

Within the Finance department, there are two roles, namely Debtors and Creditors. They are responsible for all documentation relating to Clients that were Invoiced and Suppliers that were paid, respectively. In some smaller agencies, these roles are performed by one Finance user.
