The Inter-Division Transfer feature allows you to transfer billings and costs between Business Units and Work Types. This functionality is used to move funds from one Business Unit to another and Work Types to another. For more information on how this is achieved, click here.
Below are steps to show you how to set up the Interthe Inter-Division Transfer.

- Navigate to to Settings and and click on on Features.
The - The Features screen screen is opened.
Click the checkbox on the the Inter-Division Transfers line.
Click the Save button.
On the side menu navigate to Company Configuration to line and Save changes made to the screen. - Navigate to Company Configuration to expand it and click on Company Details.
The - The Company Details screen screen appears.
Click the Click the Chase Setup tab.
Scroll tab and scroll down and locate the the Inter-Division Transfers section

In the Default Transfer Client and Default Transfer Supplier, select the Client or Supplier that will be used for all Inter-Division Transfers.
In this example, the Default Transfer Client drop down was clicked and Trish Beauty Spa - Heidelberg was selected.Info For more details on the transfer client, click here. - Select the Default Transfer Client Product that that will be used for all for all client-related Inter-Division Transfers.
For this example, Nail Promotion was selected.
Click the Save button. - Save changes made to the screen.
Ensure that the user who will be using this functionality has the rights to edit Business Units on Client documents or Supplier documents.
On the side menu, click - on Lookup Codes.
The Lookup Codes screen appears.
Click the Category field and select To achieve this click on Lookup Codes in the Settings screen. - On the Lookup Codes screen, click the Category field and select Production Rights.
- Search for edit Business Unit .
Ensure and ensure the correct user rights have been selected.
