If your agency uses Microsoft Teams for project-related collaboration, you can link your Chase documents to Channels. This will enable individuals to easily navigate between Chase and Microsoft Teams. Users will be able to log in to Chase and open the relevant Chase document without having to leave the Microsoft Teams Channel. If a new job is created, you can add a link to a Microsoft Teams Channel to notify the relevant team members. To link Chase documents to Channels, or create a new Channel, you need to ensure that there is an existing Team. For this integration to work, some setup is required.
