The Chase Administrator can restrict access to individual reports.

Below are steps to show you how to restrict access to individual reports.

Step-by-step guide



  1. Click the Settings button on the Ribbon.



    The Configuration screen appears. 

  2. Click the Access Rights group to expand it.



  3. Click the Chase 6 Reports item.



    The Report Access Rights screen appears.  A list of all standard reports available in Chase are displayed.

  4. Click the drop down arrow on the Can View field against the relevant report name, and select who can view it. 

    In this example, Client Service users are selected to view the Job – Job Status report. 



    If the checkbox in the Signature Required field is checked, then users will have to upload the signature onto the selected report.

  5. Click the Save button to save all your changes.
